Term time leave requests
The link below contains the form you will need to complete to apply for any kind of leave during term time. This includes occasional days as well as holiday time. Please ensure that you read the school policy carefully before applying for term time leave. Taking holiday during term time is at the Head teachers discretion and will not be approved unless in exceptional circumstances and your child has an attendance record of 95% or above.
